Individual Therapy

Therapy with me involves a client-centred, non-judgmental, kind and compassionate approach. I create a safe and stigma-free environment where you can feel heard and empowered. I am truly passionate about working with vulnerable populations and I welcome clients from all backgrounds including culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

My therapy draws on a range of evidence-based strategies including

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also trained in eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). For therapy appointments, please use the “book online” tab and book through Axis Clinic directly.
